Nidhivriddhi is a growing financial services and loan advisory firm working closely with banks and NBFCs to deliver structured funding solutions to individuals and businesses. Our focus is on building scalable sales systems, strong partner relationships, and consistent disbursement performance.
The Sales Manager role is a leadership position responsible for driving revenue growth, managing the sales team, and expanding partner and client relationships. This role requires a balance of people management, business development, and execution excellence.
Based in our Bangalore office, you will work closely with senior management, operations, and lender partners. You will be expected to translate business goals into actionable sales plans and ensure consistent performance across the team.
You will play a key role in strengthening the sales pipeline, improving conversion ratios, and supporting the long-term growth objectives of Nidhivriddhi.
Responsibilities
- Drive individual sales targets through direct sourcing, referrals, and partner channels
- Work closely with Senior Sales Managers to execute sales strategies and daily action plans
- Build and maintain relationships with banks, NBFCs, CAs, and referral partners
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to disbursement support
- Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions to ensure timely closures
- Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth documentation and case processing
- Maintain accurate MIS and regularly update performance and pipeline status to reporting managers
Requirements
- Graduate degree in any discipline; MBA or finance background preferred (Freshers with strong sales mindset are welcome)
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in financial services or lending
- Strong leadership, team-handling, and performance management skills
- Ability to plan targets, track performance, and drive closures
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Result-oriented mindset with the ability to work under targets and timelines
- Proficiency in English and local languages is an added advantage
