We work closely with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions to support clients across multiple loan and insurance products. The Business Development Executive role offers an opportunity for a driven individual to contribute directly to revenue growth and market expansion. This role involves client acquisition, relationship management, and coordination with internal teams and lending partners to ensure smooth execution of cases.
Based in our Bangalore office, you will work closely with sales leadership, operations, and partner teams. You will be part of a fast-moving environment where performance, ownership, and consistency are valued.
You will play a key role in expanding our client base, strengthening channel relationships, and supporting the overall growth objectives of Nidhivriddhi.
Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients through direct outreach, referrals, and channel partners
- Understand client funding requirements and coordinate with internal teams for case processing
- Build and maintain relationships with bankers, NBFCs, connectors, and referral partners
- Track leads, follow up consistently, and ensure timely closure of opportunities
- Support documentation collection and coordinate with operations for smooth disbursement
- Maintain basic MIS and report daily and monthly activity to the reporting manager
Requirements
- Graduate degree in any discipline (finance or business background preferred)
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or financial services is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle targets, follow-ups, and multiple prospects simultaneously
- Willingness to learn financial products and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in conversational English; local language skills are an added advantage
