Nidhivriddhi is a growing financial services and loan advisory firm working with leading banks and NBFCs to deliver structured funding solutions. Our backend operations team plays a critical role in ensuring smooth case movement, accurate documentation, and timely disbursements.
The Backend Executive role is responsible for managing loan files received from Sales and Business Development executives. This role involves end-to-end coordination of cases from login to disbursement by working closely with internal teams, lenders, and external partners.
Based in our Bangalore office, you will act as the central point of coordination for assigned cases, ensuring process compliance, timely follow-ups, and clear communication across stakeholders.
This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable handling multiple cases simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Handle loan cases received from Sales and Business Development teams from login to final disbursement
- Verify client documents and ensure completeness as per bank and NBFC requirements
- Coordinate with Sales/BD executives to close document gaps and resolve case-related queries
- Submit cases to lenders and follow up for approvals, conditions, and disbursement timelines
- Maintain accurate case records, MIS updates, and daily status reports
- Ensure adherence to internal processes, lender guidelines, and compliance standards
- Support smooth disbursement by coordinating final documentation and approvals
Requirements
- Graduate degree in any discipline; finance or commerce background preferred
- Prior experience in backend operations, loan processing, or financial services is an advantage
- Good understanding of documentation and lending workflows
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple cases and work under timelines
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and office tools
- Good communication skills in English; local language knowledge is a plus
